A Natural Perfume Making Workshop

Join Di in the cosy cabin at Wild Harvest School to spend some time learning about scent in Nature then make two full sized perfumes of your own.

Learn about the perfume pyramid, about top notes, heart notes and base notes. Discover the best oils for base notes - absolutes such as Labdanum, oak moss and vetiver. Understand the ratios for blending, and other additions to make the essential oils blend and evaporate more slowly.

Free Printed PDF worksheet for every attendee also sent as a link so you can make more perfumes at home.

Where are you based?

We are based in the rural outskirts of York, 12 miles from the city, but we.do work all over. If you are coming here for your glamping, activities or walks/course then we can be found on Google maps HERE

Can I Bring My Dog?

To the wild food walks yes, well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. To the tipi site... Sorry we love animals but we. have a free range sheep, hens and an old labrador. Plus we have a policy of no animals in the units to keep them feeling fresh and ok for allergy sufferers. We are down the road from Storwood Kennels if you need pet boarding.

What if I Can't Make It?

We know you wouldn't want us to cancel on you and hope that you see we book tutors, organise resources and block time out for bookings so we allow you to sell your space on, or gift it to a friend. Or we can offer you online courses and ebooks instead.
