Join Wild Harvest on this two hour Introduction to Wild Food Foraging walk in the beautiful city of York to learn about the wealth of edible plants that grow all around you.

Understand the benefits of learning to forage but most importantly discover the cautions.  We give you a four step process to avoid identification error when learning to forage wild food.

We then embark on a gentle stroll along the River Ouse footpath where you will 'meet' the plants, get to have a nibble and learn how to best harvest and process them for optimum health benefits!

Under 14's are FREE and don't need a ticket!
