Teachers Team Day

Carr Manor School in Leeds booked us for a Natural Soap and Candles Workshop as part of a team building activities day . Once a year they treat their hard working teachers and staff to a range of welfare orientated workshops. We think this is a great idea that all workplaces should replicate!

Care for the Carer

A National Fostering Agency booked us across four of their areas Lincs, West Yorks, South Yorks and East Yorks, to run a well-being natural crafting session for their Foster Carers to recognise the hard work they offer. The organisation chose our natural candles session and each of the four sessions was highly attended.

Each foster carer got to take some materials home to make candles with their children and young people.

School Parents Association

A school parents association in Sheffield booked us to run a natural Christmas Crafts session; weaving seasonal local greenery into willow stars made by the Mums and Teachers of the school.

English buff willow was pre soaked and the guests were told some willow facts before being shown how to cut and lash the willow into a pretty five pointed star.

Holly, ivy and pine sprigs gathered locally were then tied into the stars and pretty red and white gingham ribbon used to hang them.

All particpants had a great time, and said what a fantastic thing to do as a Team building event.
