Looking to learn archery in Yorkshire? We provide private archery lessons in the rural outskirts of York.
Come to our small, all-Natural archery range just twelve miles out of York. We have a free car park, tea and coffee facilites, and a proper loo.
Book a block of six lessons and work through the Archery G.B 'Just Shoot' Award. You receive a score card, that is completed each session so you can see your progress over time. At the end of the six archery lessons you will receive a certificate and a metal pin badge from Archery G.B.
The price shown here INCLUDES SIX one hour 1:1 LESSONS; it is not a per lesson price, it is for the full package with the certificate and the badge. If you AND a second person wish to learn together; choose the 1:2 package from the dropdown menu.
Teaching Archery in York Since 2016.
Wild Harvest School have been teaching archery for over a decade and are Archery GB Archery Activity Partners (A.A.P). We are a female-led team with one Instructor Plus level teacher supported by two Archery GB Instructors and have specialist Sports Business Insurance so you are in safe, reliable hands. We make your session fun and informative and you will be able to see your improvement over a short period of time.
How it Works...
After purchase simply email in to hello@wildharvest.org or call Di on 07561862507 to choose a suitable time slot for your first lesson. After that you can come as often as you wish until your six one hour sessions are up. This could be weekly, monthly, or 'as and when'. You will be the only student, it is a one to one lesson package.
Most of our Archery lessons in York are on Sundays, some Saturdays are available, Wednesdays and most midweek evenings.

Sustainable education should not be an elite subject but should be accessible to all. We are not grant funded though so please don't expect us to compete with free temporary initiatives using public money.

Where are you based?
We are based in the rural outskirts of York, 12 miles from the city, but we.do work all over. If you are coming here for your glamping, activities or walks/course then we can be found on Google maps HERE
Can I Bring My Dog?
To the wild food walks yes, well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. To the tipi site... Sorry we love animals but we. have a free range sheep, hens and an old labrador. Plus we have a policy of no animals in the units to keep them feeling fresh and ok for allergy sufferers. We are down the road from Storwood Kennels if you need pet boarding.
What if I Can't Make It?
We know you wouldn't want us to cancel on you and hope that you see we book tutors, organise resources and block time out for bookings so we allow you to sell your space on, or gift it to a friend. Or we can offer you online courses and ebooks instead.
