"Thank you so much for our wonderful foraging walk in Saltburn. We all learnt a huge amount, and enjoyed it enormously. It was by far the best foraging walk I have been on ( and I’ve been on a few!) as it was very practical and full of common sense. I have chosen my 5 plants to focus on in the coming year, and am really looking forward to picking dandelions with my grandchildren and then making a salad. You have such knowledge and expertise, as well as being a great teacher - thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!"

I went for the willow basket weaving day. It was very well run and friendly and covered a lot of material in one day, with instruction on making the base, side and border of a round basket. All 5 of us left with complete baskets and I even got to put a handle on mine, I’m very happy with it!

"Fantastic weekend at the Self Sufficiency Camp, with a good balance of learning new skills and relaxation. Di is friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable, and her passion is inspiring. Would highly recommend to those looking for a weekend away from the pace of modern life, learning traditional, practical skills and enjoying the natural environment that’s all around us but often overlooked".
