I really enjoyed the day we learnt a lot about Sunflowers and how they can be eaten, not just the seeds. Always a full, fun packed day at Wild Harvest.
Di was a patient and knowledgeable facilitator. It was a very satisfying workshop, to learn a new skill and come away with a product . All done alongside a friend in a lovely setting

A beautiful day for a walk without the amazing amount of information provided about the plants around us which are totally overlooked daily!

The e book gives a lot of ideas and information but the opportunity to see the plants, smell them and get expert advice on how to use them was invaluable
