Our beautiful tipis are made from 100% Cotton Canvas, which is rain-proof and fire-retardant.  All our tipis are traditional cream colour.

We accept a usual amount of in and out mud, but we recommend a door mat and shoes off-request policy for your guests.  We don't like sticky food and drinks, nor non mud stains to the canvas.  Anything other than expected bit of garden mud we have a bond system in place.  When you book and pay for the tipi, before delivery we ask you to pay a £50 refundable bond.  This is returned within 7 days once the tipi is unpacked and inspected.  As long as its expected use dirt a full refund is given, we do this to ensure you love your tipi as much as we do.

The tipis come with a built in thick rubberized ground sheet.  This ground sheet rises at the edge by about 5 inches to keep the inside dry even in wet weather.  Please remember though if it rains to shut the door other wise this. bath-tub ground sheet will fill with water.

1. To have suitable access for one person to carry a 33.5kg bag that is 1m. long to the site.
2. To have no overhanging trees (think bird poo and leaf fall)
3. To have cut grass free of pet mess and sharp objects.
4. To return the tipi with the least natural dirt possible and zero food mess or stains.
5. To be in when the collection is due.

A 5 m tipi will sleep four adults comfortably, five cosily, and up to seven smaller children comfortably.

If you can't take delivery on the booked date, we will ask you for an alternative date, alternatively you can sell or gift your tipi hire to a friend within the catchment area that you have paid for.  Alternatively you can sell or gift your tipi hire to a friend out of the catchment area that you have paid for, and they can add the extra mileage on directly, before delivery.  They must then sign the contract for safe return.  The reason we can't simply refund for changes in circumstance is because this becomes like an unpaid part time job in itself and also as we pay fees to booking platforms, organise our time and turn away other bookings for yours.  We'd like you to know this before you book :)
