Gift Buying For Children of Natural Parents

This is something I shared on my personal page years ago but thought it would be good just before Christmas here ... I know most parents on this page are already on this path, but at Christmas it can be hard to stick with the ethos of natural parenting. I raised my children anthroposophically and chose to raise them away from popular culture so was quite lucky in that at Christmas they didn’t even know what was ‘out there’ to ask for ... they are all very normal as young adults as you do have to let them go as teenagers but there is something precious about childhood that needs protecting from loud noise, artificialness, disposable plastic items ... this chart is a useful reminder to parents on the journey of raising self reliant imaginative, centred, calm children in a natural lifestyle at Christmas and always , you’re doing great !
