COME TO OUR TIPI SITE
We can accommodate day guests or weekend guests across two tipi sites in the rural outskirts of York, just three miles from each other.
From half-day hire, full day use, up to a full weekend for a conference/event you can make use of the quirky spaces such as cabin classrooms, covered fire circles and sleeping tipis to host your corporate event.
You decide the timetable adding work things as you need, we can pepper it with Wild Nature Inspired Fun. A few rounds of Instinctive archery using full sized wooden recurve bows and straw targets, and a wild food forage with one of the countries top wild food teachers.
You can even throw an optional axe throwing session into your 'business goes wild' mix.

FORAGE FOR WILD FOOD LUNCH INGREDIENTS
Join Di Hammill Page for a wild food foraging walk to learn about the fascinating world of edible plants and trees that grow all around you. Forage as you go collecting ingredients to take back to base...
To be cooked over fire along with a whole range of seasonal and local fresh ingredients by a specialist fire-chef.
Sit down on sheepskin clad seating under a festoon lit shelter to sample to delights of the local area in a filling two course meal that takes advantage of Yorkshire meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit and veg together of course, with the flavours you collect yourselves; from the wild.
NETWORK OVER BOWS AND ARROWS
After a sit down around the campfire, to catch up with work colleagues, new clients, or suppliers let your meal settle; it's time to shoot some arrows.
As you might imagine at Wild Harvest we like to do things the traditional way, naturally. You will get to do 'instinctive archery' using bare wooden bows (no scopes or weights) leather gloves, and straw targets. The session makes for great company event photos too while you learn how to stand as an archer, how to hold the bow, how to load your arrows and how to aim.
To give a really 'wild' feel we use hunting tips and 3D animal targets in addition to traditional straw bosses.
We always build-in fun to our sessions with a competitive final round, with teams, scoring, and a winner takes all round;winner winner chicken dinner - where the best person from each team steps up to take a 'do or die' shot for one team to make-or-break the final score.
WILD HARVEST TIPIS AND ACTIVITIES
Situated in the rural outskirts of York, central in the country with great rail networks nearby, Wild Harvest occupies two tipi sites, 3 miles from each other.
Established in 2006 we are one of the longest running glamping and activities providers in the country. Registered with the Glamping Association, Members of the Association of Foragers, Archery GB trained instructors and fully insured with specialist sports business insurer Wild Harvest can offer space and fun all in one place.
Working with our partner we can also offer a luxury sustainable dining experience, cooked over fire, within the venue/activities package.

Fine Dining - Local Fresh Fire-Cooked Food
Our specialist caterer has xx years delivering fire cooked food outdoors under shelter. Choose from a selection of pre order menus to be foraged and cooked in front of you.
Select your choice of one, two or three courses.
There is something special tasting about food cooked over fire (by someone else and an expert at that!) then eaten in the fresh air. Somehow taste buds are peaked.

Tipi Accommodation
Across two tipi sites, 3 miles apart we can accommodate 26 guests in single beds, in shared units (2 - 4 per tipi).
Carpeted with low Boho tables and furnishings, candles, fold out. single sofa beds and crisp white bedding packs, our tipis are ideal for comfy back to Nature sleep overs so you can wine with your dine and not worry about the journey home. Enjoy the campfire for that bit longer.
Gin Bar
With nearly 20 years experience in the food and drink industry, and a love of gin, The Gin Shack was established in 2016. Now with a mobile gin bar in a horse box The Gin Shack will set up a tasting menu tailored to your theme. Searching out unusual gins all over our beautiful region, but also all over the world. It's all about the distiller and their story (as well as the fabulous gins they produce of course!)

TWO EVENT OPTIONS
' TRIBE' AND 'CHIEFS'
Wild Harvest Tipis and Activities offer two packages for organisations and companies.
'Tribe' is a 5 hour day package, and 'Chiefs' includes an extra activity, wood fired pizza on the evening and an overnight tipi stay.
You can choose to hire the venue for longer if you want to add on meetings or workshops of your own within the spaces here.
